Greenway Properties is a real estate investment company focused on creating great spaces that add to the character of the neighborhoods we invest in. Our primary focus is adding to the supply of rental apartments by creating "missing middle" density, including duplexes, triplexes, and laneway housing. We believe in win-win projects that meet the dynamic needs of tenants & other community stakeholders, and also provide sustainable returns to our investment partners.

Our foundation is built upon a long history of experience in all real estate asset classes across Canada, including asset management, development, leasing, and acquisitions.

ANDREW GROENEWEGEN

President & Founder

Now leads Greenway Properties after 15+ years experience in public, private, and institutional commercial real estate.

Andrew was formerly Head of Asset Management for a large Canadian REIT, responsible for a $7B national portfolio of urban office and mixed-use properties

He has also previously managed large pension fund portfolios in multi-residential and commercial markets across Canada

He is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University (BBA, Finance) and Queen’s University (MSc, Economics)
